Woo Hoo, we eat this weekend!

Just in time for our daughter's birthday party/BBQ in the yard my fisherman husband brought home this beauty from the Columbia River. We're celebrating Sunday and we were going to have "turf" on the BBQ but it looks like we'll add some "surf" as well. I'll let you know how it comes out. It will be our first time with salmon on a cedar plank.
My hubby went out at o:dark thirty this morning and was the first out the dock and first on the river. Guess the fish weren't expecting breakfast that early.
