Seriously cute

I was chosen to test knit this jumper, Little Miss Jorja.  An indication of how much I loved this pattern and the results is that I'm searching for yarn to start another.  Knit top down in one piece.  The button bands were picked up and knit.  I used Colour Adventures Cloud Aran.  One of my favorite yarn sources.  Maybe my favorite.  Details on my ravelry page.  Imagine that, actual knitting on the blog!  I should mention that the model is seriously cute and part of the reason the knitting is so cute.  Little Miss Girly Girl that loves all things princess and pink and purple.                                                             




Stacey went home to be with the Lord on April 14th.  Her life was a beautiful representation of Jesus' work in her.  I am sure she was met with, "well done good and faithful servant".  It's been a rough few weeks.  I am tired of crying, not only for the loss of Stacey, but of my own son, my nephew.

    Very cute jumper. Didn't you say it was lots and lots of knitting?
    I know exactly what you mean about crying. I have been doing it all day today.
    I read your about me on Ravelry again. It hit something in my heart. I have been telling myself to move on. I can't. Now I understand, I need to move forward. Such wise words. Thanks. You never know when your words will reach out and touch someone, do you?
